John has never been a fan of chilli but since Bernadette created this recipe, he’s a convert! It’s a Low Sugar, Low Fat recipe, suitable for vegans (Yes, senza carne means without meat!) and hot enough to make the tastebuds tingle but not to drown out the flavours.
Ingredients: Red Kidney Beans, green lentils, passata, onions, carrots, red peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, aduki beans, celery, brown rice, tomato puree, sunflower oil, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, chillies, chilli powder, salt, cumin

Love the vegan chilli. So great to have a ready meal that is suitable for vegans and heats up well. No additives or soya mince either - fab.
